As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT™) with a graduate certification in Infant Mental Health (IMH), Brittney is committed to supporting infants, children, teens, and their families in addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, loss of a loved one, trauma, foster care, adoption, divorce, school changes, and other life transitions. She is passionate about helping parents who want to understand their children better, improve their parenting skills, or process their own childhoods and histories.
Brittney is a certified Theraplay® practitioner, a certified AutPlay® provider, and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR™).
In her free time, Brittney enjoys cuddling with her Maine Coon and Pekingese, painting, reading, completing puzzles, hiking, and fishing with friends and family.
Brittney encourages clients to spend time in nature. Time in nature gives children, individuals, and families a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Spending time in nature can be deeply grounding, helping clients reduce stress, regulate emotions, and reconnect with themselves. Nature offers a calming space that supports healing and growth in ways that complement therapy.
We genuinely believe that you are resilient. Our goal is to create a space that honors your needs and preferences, supports healing and understanding, and creates lasting change.
